Billy The Saw Puppet Chibi

Took like an hour to do this~!
This was based on a sketch I did in rl. God, I love Billy! He's just so adorable, I just had to draw him Chibi-ish!
Please give me suggestions on how I can do better next time, I no can put up a critiquing thing.
